Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs. Timepiece Treasury must authorize returns. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any product.
We do not accept returns for products that have been altered or damaged after receipt.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product using the same payment method as the original transaction.
